Our prices displayed are including the VAT.
We offer delivery in Switzerland via La Post. Same in France. However you can choose in France to be delivered via Mondial Relay.
Once your payment has been confirmed, we guarantee a preparation and shipping time for your order of 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Standard delivery: 1 to 4 days (in working days) from the “shipped” status of your order according to Swisspost.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a link allowing you to track the delivery of your package.
Only items returned within 4 working days after delivery in their original packaging, accompanied by the copy of the email from AtelierFH “Return Request” .
The return costs are at the customer’s expense.
Before returning the parcel please send us a request by email to hello@atelierfh.com with the subject “Return Request” .
– Email us at hello@atelierfh.com within 4 working days of receiving your order. Please state “Return Request” in the subject and the order number and the reason for return in the email
– We will send you a pre-paid shipping voucher for the return. You will have 3 working days to organize the return
– Once received and inspected you will receive a return in the item amount, minus above-noted return fees, within 15 days. You can choose to receive a voucher available on our eshop.
Please understand that these are rare unique second hand or vintage pieces – there is only one piece of each!
Time frame on Returns must be respected in order for us to accept the return.
If you need a different size or another style you will need to place a new order on our e-shop.

– We will send you a pre-paid shipping voucher for the return. You will have 3 working days to organize the return.
– Print the email confirmation from us in the packaging. Please ensure the shoes are returned to us in their original packaging.

AtelierFH can refund your order or proceed to a credit/voucher.
If you have requested a refund, your account will then be credited under one week.
If you have requested a voucher/credit, you will receive it by email, and you will be able to use it on our e-shop.
You will receive a notification of reimbursement / credit by email when your request is processed after the atelier has processed your return.
